DPPC vesicle formation was created by msaeedi
Hi,
I do an example of solvated DPPC vesicle in example application.
I start with 877 dppc and 61552 cg water. i use martini 2.1 force field.
After 250 ns simulation bicel is formed but in separate pieces. They don’t gather to form vesicle. Why don’t form a vesicle?

Forming a vesicle from scratch is a rare event. A vesicle has a really precise geometry. And it takes time. Really specific conformations must be reached, and you don't reach them in every single simulation.
