Does Martini have DMPC lipid? was created by xl23
Hi,
I was checking md.chem.rug.nl/index.php/force-field-parameters/lipids but I could not find the DMPC lipid. Is it available for the current force field?
Thanks,
Luke

Hi,
usually, the model listed as DLPC ( md.chem.rug.nl/index.php/force-field-par...ml?dir=PC&lipid=DLPC ) is taken to represent lipids with saturated tails of length between 12 (DLPC) and 14 (DMPC), so you can use that topology to model DMPC.
