Branched Lipids was created by vrinda.gupta
I am working to construct a membrane model which largely consists of branched lipids (C15:0 and C19:0). I am not sure what the best method for coarse-graining these lipid tails might be. For example, the C15:0 tail is essentially the same as a C14:0 tail, but consists of a methyl substituent at the iso/anteiso position. By convention the C14:0 tail would be mapped as three normal C beads, however would the same mapping be recommended for the branched C15:0 tail as well? Or would an alternative mapping with the inclusion of a tiny bead at the end be more suitable?

Thanks in advance for the help!
