Although the tutorials suggest to use 300K in mdp, why these mdp files suggest to use 320K in the following links -
cgmartini.nl/index.php/force-field-parameters/input-parameters
Is there any reason behind it? Should we use the 320K for most of the system?

Hi,
I think most tutorials come with their own .mdp-files? In general I would not expect to see large differences in the behavior of simple systems, so go for either one, although I think 300 K is more prevalently used.
