I'm trying to build an asymmetric bilayer of size 18 * 18 * 14 nm3 with a total of 1058 (529 in each leaflet with a bin size of 23) lipids including cholesterol.
The overall ratio I want to maintain is 3:1:6 - 30%:10%:60%(CHOL:DPSM:DPPC). However the ratio between the upper and the lower leaflets for the said system should be
CHOL : 1:1
DPSM : 2:1
DPPC : 2:1
How do I go about this? I tried everything possible but the overall numbers do not reflect the upper:lower leaflet ratio. How do you get the relative abundance for each leaflet? What is the calculation? Alternatively, if you could also post the final command it would be greatly appreciated.
