Hi,
I have created a coarse grain structure of a small molecule where I've defined SN5a and N4 beads in my model. However, I noticed that there are no parameters for the N4, N5, N6 and Q5 beads included in the martini_v3.0.b.3.2.itp. Could anyone help me how I can get the parameters for these beads?

The best option is to download the published Martini 3 parameters instead of using the beta-version: cgmartini.nl/index.php/force-field-param...particle-definitions
