Martini RNA

Ever expanding on the diversity in our forcefields, we have added RNA to the  Martini force field [1]. For feedback on the RNA package please communicate via the forum or send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The Martini RNA comes in a package with a martinize script to generate the Martini topology files for RNA and DNA molecules. It also includes a backmapping file to convert the coarse RNA into atomistic RNA (AMBER and CHARMM) using our backmapping procedure [2]. If you want to start running your first Martini RNA system, you can follow the tutorial we have prepared here.
