Hi everyone.
Im trying to build one structure with these 2 scripts = Martinize and Insane.
I could create my cg protein model with martinize so i believed worst part was gone. The real problem appears when im trying to build any membrane structure along with my cg structure. In facts, Insane create my structure (membrane & protein) but, its wrong angle oriented.
So, i decide to useto re-orient my protein across the membrane. The problem happen here, my protein explodes and lose its conformation, forming a bunch of dots with any sences.
