Hello,
I was wondering if the Martini3 parameters for PIPs are out and if so could someone direct me to them?
Thanks,
Anjali

Hi,
I want to use PIP lipids in my simulations. Is there a updated insane script available to build PIP lipid structures for Martini 3 or a link from where I can download the structure files for PIP lipids.
Kind Regards,
Chetan

Hi, I've noticed that there are two versions of PI4P (Phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate) in the file martini_v3.0_phosphoinositides_v1.0.itp, named POP1_4 and SAP1_4. How should I choose between them?
