Particle definitions

The particle definition file is required for all simulations and specifies the coarse-grained particle types and interaction matrix in Martini 2. It also contains the topology of water particles. Version 2.1 or 2.2 are required for peptides and proteins, while versions 2.P, 2.2P and 2.2refP (RF, PME) are for use in combination with the polarizable water model.
