Dear Martini Team,

i have a question regarding the reparameterization of the aggregation levels of soluble proteins in Martini3.
In your main paper you described the increased monomer percentage in a box of villin molecules. My two questions are:

1. How do you define monomer/multimer: Through number of contacts below a certain cutoff distance?
2. For how long do these contacts have to exists to count as dimer- in other word is there any resolution in terms of time ?
