Hi all,
I am trying to implement uniform scaling factor, α, for LJ interactions as described in the paper ( dx.doi.org/10.1021/acs.jctc.0c01253 )
The system I am working on has multiple proteins embedded the membrane.
My question is how to set this parameter in a mdp file.

I will appreciate any comment or suggestion on my problem.
